Testimonials

"It has now been 4 months since I took the plunge and decided to buy the business pack including the computerised PRO-6 and the easy to use twin vacuum chamber for my business in the UK.

After taking a few days to familiarise myself with the equipment (which by the way, arrived very quickly from Turkey after I ordered it) my business has gone from strength to strength."

Learning Cartridge Refill Techniques
MIS ink cartridge refill machines use "vacuum filling" technique.  This technique is actually used in the OEM factories.  When talk to people, it is common to hear the following comments;

  • "I have refilled my ink cartridge, but it doesn't print like the original one"

  • "My refill cartridge does not last like the original one"

  • "My cartridge stopped printing after 5 sheets"

  • "My cartridge prints with lines as if it were an empty cartridge"

  • "I refilled my cartridge, but it dripped some ink before I install the cartridge to the printer"

  • "I refilled my cartridge, but it dripped and broke down my printer"

  • "I refilled my cartridge, but it hasn't printed, yet"

These are the outcomes of using an incorrect technique in refilling ink cartridges.  For a better understanding, we outline two different refill techniques and their comparison below with short movie clips.  Please watch the videos and see why MIS ink refill machines are the guaranteed solution for ink cartridge refilling.

Refilling by Syringe
When we refill an ink cartridge by syringe, it starts to spread out from the edge of the refill needle.  Due to the existing air inside the sponge, ink cannot follow a regular path.  Later on, as we start to print with the cartridge, we come up with another problem.  Because air is lighter than the ink, it situates under ink molecules.  Therefore, it blocks the ink and situates between the nozzle plate and sponge.  This is the reason why a cartridge stops printing after several print outs.

Furthermore, due to the existing air, the ink starts to go over the sponge.  And this results in unbalanced air pressure inside the cartridge and leads to ink dripping eventually.

Refilling with MIS Machines
On the other hand, MIS ink cartridge refill machines utilizes an approved technique in refilling.  Prior to refilling the cartridge, it first removes the existing air inside the sponge under vacuum.  In other words, in an isolated environment, we take the air out.  And therefore, there happens a physical gap.  And, we fill this physical gap by transferring the ink.

The result is;

1. Ink spreads throughout the sponge.  It starts to spread from the print head to upwards.

2. There is left no air bubbles.  So, the risk of post refilling problems is eliminated before they take place.

3. There happens no foaming, no ink dripping, no ink contamination, and no cease printing after several print outs.

4. Because the air pressure balance is maintained, the cartridge becomes ready for printing just after refilling.  This process is also called as "priming the print head".

Comparison of the Refill Techniques
After we explain the refilling techniques, we can go ahead with the comparison inbetween.  In our video, you will see that MIS ink refill machine literally cloned the cartridge and filled the ink successfully.

Ink has spread throughout the sponge starting from the print head to upwards.  Additionally, there is no blank space inside the area filled by the ink.  This means that the cartridge will print without any problem till it runs out of ink.

Why Superior

Just like other MIS ink cartridge refill machines, MIS ECO Deluxe refills under real vacuum up to 853 mbar.  This vacuum level is almost opposite of 1 atmospheric bar, that we live in.

With this technique, so called air bubble problem is eliminated.  Because, the air is removed from the sponge prior to refilling.  Therefore, we can refill the original ink volume (10 ml for 10 ml) to each cartridge without the existence of air.  This also leads the ink pulled down through nozzle plate, which is called as priming.
